Our office is located in Montreal, Canada. Our kennel is located in South Korea and our puppies are kept under special care and nurturing before flying to their forever loving families.
Our Time zone is Eastern Standard Time. We are open for calls from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM (EST) to 9:00 PM (EST)
1. Please leave us a voicemail if you’re calling outside of our hours of operation or if we’re not available to answer the call. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
2.With the growing number of inquiries per day, we may not be able to get back to you immediately. Kindly allow up to 12 hours to get back to you .
