If a puppy a client desired has already been adopted and is no longer available, we offer the possibility to make a special order. It’s a service to locate a breed, gender and color that the client is looking for. Since a puppy is a living being, it’s impossible to have two puppies look exactly the same. With the special order, we’ll locate puppies that are similar to the ones we previously had on our website.
The special order service requires a 1000$ deposit. When we have a similar puppy to the one the client previously wanted, we will contact the client and he/she will have the first priority before the puppy goes on our website. The client has 24 hours to decide wether to adopt or pass on the puppy.
If the client wants to adopt the puppy, the 1000$ deposit is applied to the original puppy price and the remaining balance becomes due in 2 calendar days (48h).
If the client is passes on the puppy we suggest, we will present our next available similar puppy. If 24 hours have passed upon presentation, it is considered to pass on the puppy.
The client will have privilege of passing the puppy two times before this privilege goes away. The $1,000 deposit paid does not expire.
Please consult with us for a duration of locating the puppy. Some breed/color/gender can have waiting list in place.
