DELIVERY

                      

Once the full payment is completed, the export license, microchip, health certificate and other necessary documents will be prepared for your puppy’s departure to your closest airport. Meanwhile, weekly photos and videos of your puppy will be updated during the export process upon request.

We takes all necessary precautions to ensure that all requirements of the country receiving the puppy are met, therefore, the export process can take up to 6 weeks AND more after full payment is complete. Our Delivery department will contact you to discuss the best time, delivery method and to collect information of the pick-up respondent and inform instructions on how to pick up your puppy. Even though we will book for the specified date, it is not guaranteed until we get the details back from the booking agency. Departure dates are subject to change depending on many factors; the flight/nanny availabilities, the puppy’s weight, time of the year ect… Make sure to check with your country’s customs and transportation airline for fees  like taxes and related to the import of your puppy.

 

 

Option 1: AIR CARGO DELIVERY

If the shipping method is by Air Cargo, your puppy will safely be delivered via a transport company certified by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). It is mandatory to wait until the puppy's weight is at least 2 lbs to fly by Cargo as per airline rules. The cargo section of the airplane has a designated safe, pressurized, and temperature-controlled space for pets. The crate is attached with compartiments that will give your puppy access to food and water during the flight. An inflight nanny is required if direct Air Cargo flights are not available to your city. The inflight nanny cost can vary from one destination to another.

 

Option 2: IN CABIN DELIVERY

For non-direct flights or for puppies weighing 1.9 lb or less, the Nanny Service will require extra delivery expenses. One of our puppy nannies will take care of your puppy during the whole process and will safely deliver your puppy to you. This service can be booked for the puppy to be delivered to any airport.

 

We offer free delivery to selected US and Canada airports! Air Cargo delivery prices for other countries vary between 250$ to 2000$. We offer worldwide delivery with the second option; In-cabin flight accompanied by a nanny. This delivery method varies between 1500$-2800$ depending on your city.
